CHEATER!

hey, i was recently playing on ESO [after some days without playing there bcos of some prob ],
& i played with one guy named LowkHy_dor, I thought he was a very good player bcos of which i lost the game,,
But look at him in the starting point of game - he gets 2 citizens automatically at just 10 seconds of the game!! I think he hacked or something & i wanted to report it but i donno where to , so i put this in this forum

P.S - dont watch the whole game its just boring, I sort of dint play well bcos i was preoccupied with something in my mind & i just wanted to play some game as i was bored too & I was wondering how the hell that guy went to classic in 3 mins or so in a water map xD

I hav written his name wrongly, see this " L0wkHy_dor " his recent game is vs me & his ratings is now 1711 I came frm 1692 to 1656 bcos of that stupid cheater
