New Category(s)

Hi guys, I have tried to make a new category, i.e. Off Topic discussions.
You can post anything related to Music, Sports, etc., etc., ....

Tell me if we need this or not.



And also, Vegito & PiTLord ( or Latino ), there is already that global announcement & some other topic (Post of Recorded Games) in every category. I couldn't delete it, & I don't want it in every category. Tell me how to delete it, or try to delete it...
