new UrK rule

hi UrK friends i come to here for announce that henceforth the clan has a new rule that is:

a candidate for clan that comes from the ESO's no need to submit tryout, they entered the clan will approach the official clan members, while GameRanger applicants will have to approve a tryout to get into the clan,

The tryout consists of defeating an official member of the clan in 1v1

expected to be in accordance with the rule,
